Getting Started
Filters
Filters allow you to narrow the focus of your research and answer granular questions about player and team performance. For example, imagine you are trying to answer these three questions:
How does a player perform against man coverage?
What about in a particular down and distance?
Does it make a difference if the down and distance is in the red zone?
Each of these questions is answered by applying a new filter.
Custom Reports
A report is a saved group of stats and there are two types of reports:
Native Reports - generic reports provided by TruMedia.
Custom Reports - reports that you create.
The Custom Reports Builder allows you to create new reports that with certain stats.
These reports are available everywhere on TruMedia including leaderboards, individual team and player pages, and Custom Pages.
Graphics
These are available on individual team or player pages to help simplify data into digestible insights. Each graphic has flexible custom settings and most are connected to video by clicking on an event in the graphic.
Splits Table
These tables are available on individual team or player overview pages and allow you to view the splits on any report. Combined with filters and graphics, this tool helps tell a more complete story of player and team performance.
Watch Film
This system makes it easy to blend video analysis with the numbers. Any column highlighted in blue is connected to videos of that specific situation, and many of the graphics are connected to video as well.
Leaderboard Tools
Pinned Lists
Create and save lists of teams and players for easy access on other pages as you browse TruMedia.
Table Tools
Set qualifications, display calculations like league average, add context such as rank or percentile, and export the table to Excel.
Charts Page
Analyze league wide trends with traditional graphics like scatter charts, histograms, and bar graph.

Shortcuts
Create shortcuts that make it easy to return to pages with specific filters and settings
Scope
A simple way to think about scope is to browse through the blue navigation bar at the top of the screen. Each of these tabs is focused on one scope of the game (receiving, rush defense, etc).
Every stat and report on TruMedia is assigned a scope that determines where it is available on the site.
Custom Stats
The Custom Stat Builder allows you can create the specific stats that your team values.
Tap Create Stat in the custom page builder and use math operators and filters to create and save these new unique stats.
